Healthy Sprouting Seeds To Grow Indoors By Gillian Knebel I'm a big fan of sprouting seeds indoors and recommend this method if you want to increase your vitamin content as cheaply and easily as possible. There is effort required but it is purely minimal. You can buy special sprouters for the job and the one I have I've used for 20 years so it was a great investment. Or you can use jam jars to sprout the seeds in. The seeds need to be rinsed with water a few times a day and to be placed in a bright place, a windowledge is ideal. Then in a few days time you have delicious nutritious sprouts to add to your meals which increase the vitamin content immensely. You can use alfalfa, mustard, fenugreek, mung or a variety of other seeds and beans and they are inexpensive to buy. Go into Google and type in Sprouting Seeds to find out detailed directions on sprouting, sprouters and seeds. Have fun and be healthy.
